Competitive pricing

We offer pricing for our pharmaceuticals and supplies that is competitive with other pharmacies serving the institutional care patient.

Direct billing to insurance and/or responsible party

We bill to most insurance companies eliminating the need for sending claim forms for handling claims and supplies. We can also bill the responsible party directly for all uncovered expenses.

Daily delivery (Mon.- Fri.) to facility

We provide delivery to facilities for all medications and/or supplies.

On-call pharmacist for after hours and weekend emergencies

If it is after our normal business hours or on the weekend/holiday that we are closed, we will be able to fill and deliver your prescription to meet your emergency needs.

Routine pharmacist review of patient records

Every 180 days we will generate a form that contains a list of all the currently active orders for your patients that a pharmacist will review, make recommendations, sign and then send off to the primary care physician for their review and signature.

Monthly medication record reconciliation*

Once a month, we will send a representative from the pharmacy to reconcile our records with yours. This happens before the monthly medication records are printed to ensure a high degree of correlation between the facility record and the pharmacy record.

Medication Records (MARS)

We can provide pre-printed MARS to your facility. We have Routine and PRN med sheets, Diabetic and ADL flow sheets and Treatment records available. Ours MARS can be customized to meet your needs and all are available at no extra charge.

Physician orders

We can provide computer generated physician orders for you to provide the primary care physician for their review and signature.

Medication information monographs

These are informative documents regarding a medication and its uses, side effects, etc.

Home medical equipment

We have access to an extensive inventory of home medical equipment and supplies. Examples include: incontinent supplies, ostomy supplies, wound care supplies, walkers, wheel chairs, hospital beds, diabetic supplies etc. Whatever it is for your facility or loved one, we will work to meet their need.

In-Service Education

We can have a pharmacist, vendor representative or other health care professional provide in-service education at a predetermined location.

Custom “bubble-packaging” of medication

“Bubble-packaging” of medication increases accountability, accuracy, and security and reduces error thereby increasing your efficiency and reducing your costs of medication administration.

Cycle fill medication management

We can place routine medication on a cycle fill so that once a month a supply of that medication will automatically be delivered to your facility approximately one week before the starting date of the cycle. This will allow you and your staff to spend less time ordering medication and more time providing excellent patient care.
